What is the payment policy?
Typically our payment policy is 50% Deposit before starting the project and 50% final payment upon completion.
A ⅓ at start of project, ⅓ in the middle and ⅓ upon completion may be implemented upon request.
Qualified agencies are eligible for a 30 day payment window upon receiving the invoice.
What is your turnaround time?
Project turnaround time depends on the type of service ranging that is needed.
Can I receive a refund?
Deposits are non-refundable.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Iterations are available during the service process. Once those services are complete a new invoice will be issued to make any changes.
